Highlights of this scrimmage included hard hits by Manny Martin, including one to break
up a pass in the endzone. Bills linebacker Dan Brandenburg had a coverage sack of
Philadelphia quarterback Bobby Hoying. This was the only Bills sack of the day.
The first Bills touchdown was scored on a 9-yard run from Rene Ingoglia. The second was
scored on a 1-yard run from Darick Holmes.
Darick Holmes fumbled the ball twice. The first was recovered by Bills receiver Kamil
Loud. The second occurred on a bad exchange from Doug Flutie. This was recovered by Eagles
defenseman James Willis. Todd Collins did not have a good day. He was having trouble
hitting the receivers.
